These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ggqq8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ggqq8 website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, and all associated features and functionalities.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Refused Transactions: ggqq8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

ggqq8 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable playthrough requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Validity Period: All bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity window stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggqq8 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such winnings will be voided
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game context

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system
• A valid request received under a self-exclusion programme
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

Where an account is closed for a reason other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ggqq8 support. Closure requests are subject to resolution of any pending bets, active bonus wagering, and outstanding KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggqq8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond ggqq8's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers

ggqq8's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
